Eligibility
All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered, and current on their DHLPP, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations. Flea, tick and heartworm programs are required, as well as proof of a clean fecal exam.

Costs
Daycare fees are based on a full or half day. Boarding fees are based on a 24 hour period. Prices are subject to change.

Day Care Rates
Full day (up to 10hours)	$18.00
Half day (up to 6 hours)	$12.00

Monthly Plans
5 weekdays (20 days per month)	$360.00
3 weekdays (12 days per month)	$220.00

Late Fee Charges We are closed at 6:00 pm. Please make other arrangements to get your dog home if you cannot make it in time. There is a $5.00 charge for every 15 minutes past 6:15pm. If you have not picked your dog up by 7:00pm it will be put into boarding overnight in the facility above and you will be responsible for the boarding charges. The following agreement and application form you must read over carefully and sign to become a member at the daycare.
